This is one of our all-time favourites! Feathery Fantasy can be worn over dresses, skirts, shorts, bras with leggings... whatever suits your fantasy! The elaborate detailing of feathers, chains, and PVC give it a dramatic look. The asymetrical across the bodice top with the long side bustles of netting and gossamer is flattering. Corset-style ties in the back are adjustable for the perfect fit.
