At OtherWorld Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your otherworldly attire. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
